GNC Funerals maintains a Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) Manual, where applicable, to help members of the public understand how to request access to records held by our business.
The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) gives people the right to request access to certain records held by a business, subject to the grounds for refusal set out in the Act. Requests for access to personal information are also considered alongside the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
